Due to our unique marketplace model, all sales are final; however, we offer a 3-day return window for items that do not meet our authenticity or condition standards. Please ensure all security tags and original packaging remain intact to qualify for a return request.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and submit a return request within 3 days of delivery, providing photos of the item and its security tag.

  Review & Approval

  Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the sneakers in their original box and place them inside a secondary shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at an authorized carrier; once inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed.
